The national weather service is telling us (residents of the Pioneer Valley in Western MA) to brace for Winter Storm Nemo. As my wife pointed out, with a name like that, the storm could go one of two directions. It could be a cute little clown fish of a storm. That would fit with the conservative forecast of 4-6 inches of possible snow. Or it could be a monstrous whale of a storm. The dire forecast of 2 feet of snow and a possible blizzard would fit into that category. With schools already canceling classes for Friday and grocery store shelves being depleted, people are preparing for the worst.
Which will it be? Stay tuned.
